Shipping policy
Our store will keep you updated on the status of your shipment via email and we will always strive for the quickest fulfillment and delivery of our chocolates to your door! Please see below for considerations when shipping chocolate.

We are about as good as you can be at shipping our goodies but, we want you to be aware of some of the common chocolate dangers. The most common reason is "lonely chocolate", that is, when it is left in the heat after delivery. We have a list of ways to avoid this for you to check out below!
- SHIP TO A LOCATION THAT YOU WILL BE. You can ask a neighbor to keep an eye out if shipping to your home.
- Send to a PO Box. It's a great safe place for your goodies to wait for you!
- Watch for the delivery notifications sent from the carrier or our website. Turn on your notifications and check your spam folder.
- Ship via Express Shipping if extreme heat at your shipping address is common. Though this does cost more it will keep your delicious goodies safer.
We do not claim responsibility for chocolate that is melted even if shipped Priority.
We do treat it as well as it can be on it's journey though! We apply a sticker to each box that warns to keep out of heat. We wrap your goodies in bubble wrap to protect them from heat and physical damage. We love your support and we love our chocolate so we take extra care in helping it arrive safely to you!
